a) WhatsApp Account Connection

When you connect your WhatsApp account via QR scan, it is linked as a connected device to enable automated messaging on your behalf. This access is strictly limited to sending predefined automation messages such as:

Order confirmations

Abandoned cart reminders

Order fulfillment updates

Cancellation notifications

👉 We do not access personal chats, media files, contacts, or non-automation activity.

b) Shopify Store & Customer Data

To trigger accurate WhatsApp messages, we may access:

Order details (order ID, items, value, status)

Customer information (name, phone number)

Checkout and abandoned cart activity

We do not collect or store payment or card information.

c) Usage & Performance Data

Basic app usage data may be collected to improve system reliability, performance, and feature optimization.

Waflows operates on a browserless automation architecture.
This means:

No human access to your WhatsApp account

No interface to view chats, media, or contacts

Message delivery is executed securely via automated server requests

Your WhatsApp account remains private and confidential at all times.

User Control & Data Removal

You remain in full control of your data:

Disconnect your WhatsApp account anytime from within the app

Uninstall Waflows from your Shopify store to immediately revoke all access

Once disconnected or uninstalled, we do not retain access to your WhatsApp account or store data, except where required by law.
