Welcome to Waflows (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using our Shopify WhatsApp automation platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing Waflows on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.


Service Overview

Waflows provides automated WhatsApp messaging for Shopify stores, including:

Order confirmation notifications

Abandoned cart reminders

Order fulfillment updates

Order cancellation alerts

The service operates through automated systems to deliver transactional and utility messages on your behalf.

WhatsApp Account Connection

When you connect your WhatsApp account via QR scan, it is linked as a connected device solely to enable automated message delivery.

Access is strictly limited to automation-related messaging

We do not access personal chats, contacts, media, or non-automation activity

No manual interaction with your WhatsApp account is performed

User Responsibilities


a) Compliance

You agree to:

Use Waflows in compliance with all applicable laws

Follow WhatsApp, Meta, and Shopify policies

Obtain customer consent where required

b) Message Content

You are responsible for ensuring that all message content sent using Waflows:

Is lawful

Is non-spam

Complies with customer communication regulations

c) Account Health

You acknowledge that WhatsApp may impose restrictions based on its internal policies, usage patterns, or account history. Waflows is not responsible for any actions taken by WhatsApp, including warnings, suspensions, or bans.

User Control

You retain full control over your account and may:

Disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time

Enable or disable specific automation features

Uninstall the app to immediately revoke all access

Data Security & Privacy

Waflows uses secure communication protocols and industry-standard safeguards to protect data transmission. Data access is limited strictly to what is necessary for automation functionality.

Termination

You may terminate your use of Waflows at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon termination:

All automation processes stop

Access to your WhatsApp account is revoked

Associated data is deleted unless legally required to retain it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

Limitation of Liability

Waflows is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for:

Message delivery failures

Third-party service outages

WhatsApp account restrictions or bans

Business losses, lost revenue, or missed communications

Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Waflows after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
